Terms of service

Last updated 17 August 2026

These terms cover the services SOFA provides to creators. By applying, or by working with us, you agree to them.

What we do

SOFA offers two ways of working together:

Marketing is not offered on its own.

The free audit

The audit is free and carries no obligation. We aim to return it within 48 hours of receiving the figures we ask you for. It is an opinion based on the information you provide, not a valuation, a projection, or a promise of future earnings.

Fees

Your account stays yours

You keep ownership of your accounts, your content and your earnings. Platform payouts go to you directly, not to us. You approve the scripts and the content plan, you set the limits we work within, and you can review any message sent on your behalf at any time.

Ending the engagement

Either side may end the engagement with 14 days written notice. On termination we stop work, return or delete any access we hold, and invoice for revenue generated up to that date.

What we expect from you

Platform rules

We work within the terms of the platforms we operate on. Those platforms may change their rules, restrict accounts or remove them for reasons outside our control. We cannot guarantee that an account will not be restricted, which is why we recommend running more than one traffic source.

No guarantee of earnings

Any figures shown on our website reflect specific accounts over specific dates. Results depend on your niche, audience, content volume and pricing. Nothing we publish or send you is a guarantee of income.

Confidentiality

Each side agrees to keep the other's confidential information private. We will not identify you publicly, or publish your figures, without your written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, neither side is liable to the other for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss, and each side's total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the total fees paid or payable under them in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European jurisdiction in which SOFA is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. The specific country is named in the written agreement before either side signs.
