SOFA (“we”, “us”) provides model management and chat management services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It applies to sofamanagement.com and to creators we work with.
Who we are
SOFA is a model and chat management service operating as SOFA. You can reach us at hello@sofamanagement.com, and data protection questions go to the same address.
What we collect
- What you send us in the application form: your name, creator handle, email, Telegram handle if you give one, and the answers you select about your platform, revenue band, subscriber band, reply speed, pricing approach, content volume, social handles, following and shooting frequency, plus anything you type in the notes field.
- What you send us for an audit: screenshots of your earnings, and any figures you share by email or Telegram.
- If we work together: the information needed to run your accounts and pay you, plus records of the work we do on your behalf.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not set cookies for marketing.
What we never ask for
We do not ask for your platform password in the application form or during the audit. If we begin working together, account access is arranged separately and only with your agreement.
Why we use it
- To assess your application and produce the free audit you asked for.
- To contact you about that audit, on the channel you selected.
- To provide the services, if you decide to work with us.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
Who else sees it
Applications are delivered into our private team workspace hosted by Discord. The website is hosted by Netlify, and email is handled by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described here. Anyone on our team who sees your information is bound by confidentiality.
How long we keep it
Applications from creators we do not work with are deleted after 12 months. Records for creators we do work with are kept for the length of the engagement and then for 6 years where accounting rules require it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Write to hello@sofamanagement.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Confidentiality
We treat your identity, your figures and the fact that you work with us as confidential. We do not publish screenshots, quotes or results that identify you without your written permission, and you choose how you are credited.
Age
Our services are for verified adults aged 18 or over only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
